4.2. Proportion of graduates with teaching qualification
PSAU is a comprehensive university, has over 26 thousand students distributed in 22 disciplines, including health, science & engineering, and humanities. PSAU is considered education as a human right and obligation. Education is a human right: it is the right of each human being on earth to have access to quality education. Therefore, PSAU invested heavily in providing a high level of graduates in the Educational fields. PSAU has three colleges of educations with a total of 8140 students from both genders. The annual number of graduates from educational colleges is 654 per year. While the intake is increasing, so the number of graduates is expected to rise. The University has three colleges of Education in Alkharj, Dilam, and Wadi Adawasir. The percentage of students in the educational colleges is 28% of the total number of PSAU students [Evidence No.1].
