PSAU is standing very clearly and seriously for equality and justice which is reflected in its core values stated in the 2030 strategic plan policy statement. The second core value for PSAU is “Justice” which states “treating all university employees according to the same standards, without bias or favouritism”. This is in accordance with the continues kingdom effort in this matter including projects such as establishing the Human Rights Council in 2005 and the National Society for Human Rights which aims to build a society of justice and equality.

These values are reflected in the overall PSAU operations and process including admission guidelines in which PSAU demand a merit-based admission policy aiming to attract the top students without any form of discrimination. The admission criteria include objective measures resulted from national testing agencies such as the aptitude and achievement test done by the National Centre for Measurement and Evaluation. In addition, all PSAU students are awarded monthly stipends in equal amount without discrimination regarding gender or nationality.
