PSAU has a stringent policy against all forms of discrimination, particularly those targeted at female faculty and students. As a merit-based institution, students’ admission as well as faculty hiring, and promotion are all dictated by the same standards as their male counterparts. Students' admission and faculty hiring are devoid of discrimination against nationality, creed, gender, race or sexual orientation.

Among others, faculty members are requested to ensure the PSAU Inclusivity policy is implemented by curtailing all forms of discrimination related to:
