PSAU tracks applications, administers random readiness tests to track applications, tracks admission rates, monitors progress, and assesses graduation rates throughout the students' academic journey.

PSAU implements a carefully planned academic advising programme where every student is assigned a faculty mentor to guide and support his/her academic journey. Additionally, each fresh student is paired with a senior students as mentors. These mentors provide all the support they need to adjust to their academic and social life at the university. Furthermore, each course has a juniour academic staff as tutor.

In addition to the college based mentoring, the Students' Affairs department has a dedicated guidance and counselling unit that provides round the clock support to all students.

Through the academic advisors, course tutors, senior mentors, and activities of the guidance and counselling unit, all PSAU students are provided adequate support towards the success of their studies and student life.

The level of beneficiary satisfaction at the university was measured through the administration of specifically designed surveys targeting students, employees, and faculty members. These surveys aimed to evaluate the beneficiaries' assessment of the quality of a range of essential services provided by the university.

Open Lecture on “Together for a conscious society” campaign
The Deanship of student affairs holds a closing ceremony for the “together for a conscious society” campaign

In the presence of His Excellency the Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs and the Director of Al-Kharj Police, the Deanship of Student Affairs held a closing ceremony for the "Together for an Aware Society" campaign. This programme witnessed a group of events and activities that were launched from the strategic goals of the university, which set its sights on caring for its students, providing them with a safe and ideal healthy environment, creating a positive aspect in their academic and social lives, spreading the culture of awareness and building life skills among them, so that they can be active members of their society. The event was open to the general public, and it drew attendance from different groups and NGOs within Kharj Governorate and Riyadh Province.
The opening remarks were followed by a screening of a documentary film about the campaign, and an awareness video about drugs and their harms. At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency the Vice-Rector of the University presented a commemorative shield to His Excellency the Director of Al-Kharj Governorate Police, after which the winners of the Best Awareness Video Competition and the Guidance Excellence Award for the year 1445 AH were honoured. The ceremony included an accompanying exhibition on awareness of the harms of smoking, drugs, and bullying, explaining its harms and dangers. It is worth noting that the "Together for an Aware Society" campaign was launched by the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Guidance and Counselling Unit, and lasted for about three months, during which many awareness lectures and workshops were organised.

Open training on tourism and entertainment as pillars in support of the national economy
The PSAU College of Sciences and Humanities in Al-Aflaj offers open course on tourism and entertainment as pillars in support of the national economy.

The PSAU College of Sciences and Humanities in Al-Aflaj organised on open course on tourism and entertainment projects management with the aim of providing attendees with an introductory overview of the importance of the tourism sector in supporting personal income as well as the national economy.
The College of Science and Humanities in Al-Aflaj governorate seeks to support the labour market in Al-Aflaj governorate in particular and Saudi Arabia in general with graduates of comprehensive knowledge in science. The college hopes to achieve a balance in the knowledge and skills of graduates so that it combines theory and application on the one hand, and between career and personal needs on the other. The course focused on latest trends and opportunities in the Saudi tourism sector.
The one-day event took place on 10 September 2024 at the College Hall in Al-Aflaj.

The Traffic Awareness Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs organised a training course entitled (First Aid) on the College of Medicine Theatre on the occasion of World First Aid Day. With the attendance of more than 85 male and female students. The course covered three main topics: how to deal with fractures, burns, bleeding, and loss of consciousness, as well as how to deal with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Arab Chemistry Week: Open Labs for Secondary School Students
The PSAU College of Engineering in Wadi Al-Dawasir received a delegation of students from Al-Wadi Secondary Schools Schools in the governorate, on the occasion of the Arab Chemistry Week.
Al Wadi schools is recognised as a provider of top-quality education to a highly diverse student body. It prepares students for success in college, equips them with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and strengthens their civil, ethical, and moral values. 
The visit to PSAU was aimed at enhancing educational and scientific awareness regarding the role of chemistry in engineering and other areas. During the visit, the students were given access to the science labs where they performed some experiments in the college’s labs. This visit aligns with PSAU and the college’s efforts to enhance scientific awareness among students and support educational programmes in the community.

Voluntary Open Training Courses at Al-Kharj Community College
The student work unit at the PSAU Community College in Al-Kharj has organized a series Division sessions volunteer work and under the patronage of Her Excellency College vice - dean Dr. Amina girl Abdul Rahman Almahn; and under the supervision of Dr. Rafidah Qamar Mohammed; during the period from 8/12/1444 set of free courses for classes society that aims to increase  student's knowledge in multiple areas and in self - development and the arts OF dealing  with the computer and facing  the audience. Where the professor Azza Nile Othman; presented a training course entitled "Computer Basics" and offered the most important with regard to automated computer and how to deal with the software and methods of use , and how to maintain and handle peripheral devices. She also touched on the topics of networks and disks  protection. Dr. Rafidah Qamar has presented; a course entitled "views and presentation and how to face the public" dealt with all the supply and processing. She has managed to use the three stages in the representation session hall by the audience in paragraph activity. Dr. Shiraz Mohamed Sayed: presented a course entitled "Marketing" with a distinct display by female students in which she addressed the definition of marketing and the most important terms associated with it and the team between marketing and sales dealt with the most important features of marketing and comparisons between marketing in the past and in the present era and the development of the great experienced by despite the novelty of that science.Also Professor Nahed Abu Zeid , presented a modern course entitled " The Art of Alanfujravek" knowledge of this vast sea of that art and modern orientation that she has set out the most important data and interactive graphic designs and information  on and how to design a successful Anfjravek properly and correctly.Professor. Ahmed Anwar Majid also presented a course entitled "Supporting strategies for successful personal" offered advice to support the twenty - serving successful personalities and raise levels.At the end of this series of voluntary courses hosted by the college it was honored by faculty members and students participating in the courses and submitted HE the College thanked them on their efforts being made to provide such distinct courses that serve all segments of society.

4.2. Proportion of graduates with teaching qualification PSAU is a comprehensive university, has over 26 thousand students distributed in 22 disciplines, including health, science & engineering, and humanities. PSAU is considered education as a human right and obligation. Education is a human right: it is the right of each human being on earth to have access to quality education. Therefore, PSAU invested heavily in providing a high level of graduates in the Educational fields. PSAU has three colleges of educations with a total of 8140 students from both genders. The annual number of graduates from educational colleges is 654 per year. While the intake is increasing, so the number of graduates is expected to rise. The University has three colleges of Education in Alkharj, Dilam, and Wadi Adawasir. The percentage of students in the educational colleges is 28% of the total number of PSAU students [Evidence No.1].

College of Engineering’s SDG Week and Projects recognized by the Times Higher Education (THE) as beacons of sustainability
 

The Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University has started the process of SDG education by integrating its teaching across different programmes. The college of engineering initiated a carefully mentored programme through which students were introduced to the SDGs and guided towards fashioning out engineering solutions to the different challenges that the SDGs aim to address. First-year engineering students showcased projects they had been working on in groups of three to five students, on 24 May 2022 at the newly erected SDG Ville in the university’s main campus, they were asked to come up with an engineering solution that would address at least one of the SDGs.
