The PSAU College’s Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Guidance and Counselling Unit, held the Mental Health Forum “Towards a Work Environment that Promotes Mental Health” and an accompanying exhibition.
The forum aims to raise awareness of the importance of mental health in the work environment, as it is an important strategy and a fundamental pillar for the success of individuals and organizations. The Deanship of Student Affairs hold the second guidance forum “Managing Academic Stress.”
The Deanship of Student Affairs held the second guidance forum entitled “managing academic stress.” The forum began with a speech by His Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs, who stated that stress is the starting point for many problems facing male and female students, such as pessimism, despair, and fear of failure, which causes them frustration and psychological pressure that may negatively affect their educational and professional career. Accordingly, we were keen for this forum to come to prepare the appropriate environment for them, removing the obstacles they face, and finding solutions that contribute to their success and excellence.
This event took place on 12/05/2023 at the University City Theatre the details of the event can be accessed via
