PSAU has a stringent policy against all forms of discrimination, particularly those targeted at female faculty and students. As a merit-based institution, students’ admission as well as faculty hiring, and promotion are all dictated by the same standards as their male counterparts. Students admission and faculty hiring are devoid of discrimination against nationality, creed, gender, race or sexual orientation.
In support of its non-discrimination policy, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Board of Grievances, with the aim of cooperation in the fields of training, development, and knowledge exchange between the two parties in the legal and administrative judiciary fields.
The Board of Grievances is located in Riyadh, it is statutorily empowered to oversee justice, equity, and effective judicial control over the administration through the presented lawsuits that are filed before the administrative courts.

The PSAU non-discrimination policy guarantees equal access to all regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration status or gender.
- Lifelong learning access policy
PSAU central library and other libraries in different university branches are contributing actively to the community-related activities and the service of Alkharj city society. PSAU libraries are providing many services the society members as well as the students and faculty. The PSAU libraries have more than 60 thousand titles of books and periodicals. The Deanship also plays a vital role by offering scientific courses, awareness seminars, educational seminars, and scientific exhibitions to raise the researcher and student's efficiency, increase the awareness of society and its culture, and enrich its holdings with everything new [5].
